LYN HALL. M.B.E. – DIRECTOR
Co-Founder of the organisation in 1978 with Mair Morgan-Grey.
Lyn worked extensively in London in both main stream and special
education before coming to Wales to set up St Davids Care.
This was, at that time, a pioneering concept which gave people with
learning disabilities the opportunity to take their rightful place in society.
MAUREEN JONES – REGISTERED MANAGER
Maureen has been with St Davids Care since 1982 working closely
with the founders to ensure that the residents have an excellent
quality of life.
She has responsibility for maintaining the living environment within
each house.
Maureen’s standards of care are second to none and she is mentor
to residents and staff alike.
ALEX ROSEMEYER. – REGISTERED MANAGER
Alex joined St Davids Care in 1988, working firstly in our Further
Education College then, when this project was completed, as
a carer.
As well as being a Registered Manager, Alex also is responsible
for the day to day running of the central office and is often the first
point of contact.
WENDY HALE. – MANAGER – ANGHORFA DAWEL
Wendy Hale, currently manager of Anghorfa Dawel, followed her Welsh
roots and moved to St. Davids in 1995 from the USA.
Obtaining a MBA from the University of Glamorgan in 2000 and has held
a variety of roles within SDCITC, including managing Fairfield, coordinating
staff and volunteer training and providing administrative support.
